Sally Hansen Double Duty Base & Top Coat (13.3ml) is a 2-in-1 base and top coat which protects and strengthens nails for stronger, longer-lasting manicures.
As a base coat, the Panthenol formula smooths the surface of the nail, increasing colour longevity. As a top coat, it provides a hard, chip-resistant finish as a result of its nylon and Pro-Vitamin B5 key ingredients.
How to use:
- As a base coat, apply to bare nails.
- Allow to dry, then apply colour.
- As a top coat, apply 1 coat over dry nail color.
