How to use:

To ease sore muscles, add some oil to your bath or massage onto tight muscles 15 minutes before showering

For localized swelling, add a few drops of oil to chilled water, wet a cloth in it and wring it out, then place it on desired area. Repeat as needed.

For pain relief, apply oil to affected area and massage until fully absorbed.
