Duphalac Syrup - 200 ml

Ingredients & Concentrations: Lactulose 67 %

How to use: 5-10 ml 3 times daily for 3-4 days. Then continue 5-10 ml once daily before sleep. Drink at least 1 cup of water after each dose.

Precautions: At initiation of therapy, about 20% of patients receiving lactulose experience gaseous distention with flatulence, eructation (belching), abdominal discomfort or crampy abdominal pain. Normally these effects will decrease with continued therapy, but a dosage reduction may be necessary.
