How to use thermogel reusable hot / cold knee cushion 17x30 cm?

Precaution of use:

Doctors recommend applying to the skin for 20 minutes. Remove it and wait at least 20 minutes. Reapply knee themogel for 20 minutes if needed.

Heat therapy - microwave for the amount of time listed below and test the temperature of the compress. If necessary, reheat for an additional 5 seconds until desired temperature is reached.
